Before receiving access to the facility, please review the information below carefully. These policies are in place to keep our gym safe, secure, and enjoyable for every member. By continuing, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to follow these standards.

HOW IT WORKS

24-Hour Keyless Access

Select your membership

Purchase any membership or a daily drop-in to unlock 24-hour access.

Get your Kisi email

You’ll receive setup instructions from Kisi. Use the same email as your Mindbody account.

Activate the app

Follow the link to create your Kisi account and add your mobile credential.

Scan in & train

Tap to unlock at the door and train on your schedule, day or night.

PLEASE NOTE

Don't see the Kisi email within 24 hours? Check your spam or junk folder before reaching out.

Deleted the app or changed phones? You may need to set up your access again.

During staffed hours, Kisi isn't required. Just come on in.

AFTER-HOURS ACCESS

Your responsibilities

To ensure the safety, security, and fairness of our facility, all members are responsible for following our after-hours access procedures.

Scan in using your own Kisi credentials.

Wait for the door to fully close before anyone else enters.

Never let another person enter without scanning in individually.

ACCESS POLICY

Play fair. Keep everyone safe.

Sharing access puts the whole gym at risk. These violations carry fees — no exceptions, regardless of intent.

WHAT COUNTS AS A VIOLATION

Allowing entry to a
non-member

Failing to scan in individually

Holding the door open
or allowing tailgating access

Sharing your credentials or
letting someone
use your account

FEES & CONSEQUENCES

$50

minimum fee per
violation

Unauthorized guests are also charged the Daily Drop-In fee.

All violation fees are non-negotiable.

Repeated or serious violations may lead to suspension or termination.

Membership suspension or termination due to policy violations is at the sole discretion of Shredz Gym. Members are responsible for following proper access procedures at all times, regardless of intent.
